Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Order Tracking
We provide a tracking number for all orders so you know that your products will be shipped securely (carriers used will depend on shipping location). We will update your order with the tracking information, as well as email you when you order is shipped.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. Please be aware of our restocking fee (see below). You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 28 days from receipt date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them, unworn, and in the original box and/or packaging. It is up to the customer to ensure that the products end up back with us securely, so we recommend using tracked shipping.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
